Oxygen Group, with 240 consultants, specializes in automating and optimising business processes using Microsoft Business Applications. We serve around 700 clients from our offices in Breda, Kontich, Ghent and Hasselt. Both in 2022 and 2023 we were elected “Microsoft Partner of the Year”. (Junior) Commercial talent (f/m):

At our companies iFacto and Appreef you will help organizations grow with smart Microsoft solutions. You get plenty of freedom and responsibility to close deals, generate new business and make an impact.
What are you going to do?
- You are the driving force behind new business: you spot opportunities, approach potential customers and plan introductory meetings.
- You discover what customers really need and work together with our consultants on a tailor-made solution.
- You supervise the entire sales process, from the first meeting to the signed deal.
- You are the first commercial contact for new customers.
- You think along about sales campaigns and marketing actions and convert these into concrete leads.
What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor/Master's degree in business administration, commercial economics, marketing or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial flair.
- Drive, curiosity and enthusiasm.
- Quick to adapt and think along at board level about business processes and technological solutions.
- You perform at the highest level both independently and in a team.
- You like challenges, are goal-oriented and get energy from scoring.
- Fluent Dutch and a good command of English.
- Experience in sales is nice, but not a must, we will teach you the tricks of the trade!
