Exterioo, a leader in outdoor living and part of the Beliving group, has chosen a powerful digital foundation with Dynamics 365 Business Central and iFacto Distri+, together with its sister brand Juntoo. With a network of more than 50 stores in Belgium and the Netherlands, it was essential to work with a scalable ERP solution that integrates seamlessly with their operational processes.

One platform, multiple companies

Within the Beliving group, a Single Logistics Multi Finance structure was chosen. This means that users only work in one central company, while the ERP system automatically assigns all transactions correctly to the appropriate legal entity. This approach ensures streamlined operations and a clear financial overview.

Smart links for maximum efficiency

Central logistics are managed via a third-party logistics player(s), with iFacto ensuring seamless integration. In addition to the integration with the 3PL player(s), the cash register system (POS - Tilroy) was also linked, so that transactions from the physical stores are directly registered in the ERP system. In the finance department, document processing was automated with Continia Document Capture, including digital recognition and approval flows via the Continia Web Portal.

Digital connectivity as a driving force

EDI transactions are crucial to further increase operational efficiency. Various external systems were integrated via a central service layer (middle layer), with Business Central and Distri+ acting as the central hub. This ensures that Exterioo remains future-proof in a rapidly evolving retail environment.
