To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Consultant who supports customers in getting the most out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, complemented by our industry-specific solutions Distri Apps and Steel365.
Based at iFacto Business Solutions in Breda, you will be a key point of contact for customers using our solutions, helping them with functional questions, improvement requests, and small-scale projects.
Profile
- You have knowledge of ERP solutions and preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- You are curious about industry-specific business processes and eager to deepen your expertise in solutions such as Distri Apps and Steel365.
- You are a good listener, ask the right questions, and quickly identify the core of a customer's challenge.
- You have strong analytical skills, are solution-oriented, and can distinguish between priorities and details.
- You are customer-focused, proactive, and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
- You thrive in a no-nonsense environment where initiative and hands-on collaboration are valued.
Role & responsibility
- You are the first point of contact for customers running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Distri Apps, and Steel365.
- You handle incoming functional questions, support tickets, and change requests based on priority and business impact.
- You actively engage with customers to fully understand their questions or challenges, analyse the situation, and provide the appropriate solution or feedback.
- You collaborate with colleagues on small projects, process improvements, and the further development of our services.
- You help customers continue to use their ERP solution successfully and efficiently while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You build trusted relationships with customers and act as a dedicated contact person for part of the customer base.
